is Your Return Policy?
A -Your purchase is shipped brand new and direct from the manufacturers warehouses. All returns MUST be sent to Shoe Annex, not the factory. Failure to send returns back to the correct address ( See Address Below ) may result in lost items (we are not responsible for lost items).
Shoes may be returned for exchange or refund .... ONLY IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN WORN and are in the original condition/packaging. If they have been worn or are not in the original condition/packaging, we can not accept them as a return. If they have not been worn and you wish to return them; please complete the bottom portion of the packing slip enclosed with your purchase. Please tell us whether you would like to exchange for another pair(we reship 1 time for free(applies to lower 48 states only)) or receive a refund. Exchanges must be returned to us within 60 days from the date of the delivery. Returns for refund(less shipping cost) less than 60 days from the date of the delivery will be credited to your original payment method. No returns after 60 days from the date of the delivery.
Note: We are unable
to refund shipping cost, unless we were responsible for incorrect shipping.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to Shoe Annex, we will re-ship (ground ship) exchanges at no cost to the customer one time (applies to lower 48 states only).
Returns not accepted will be shipped back to you at your expense or disposed of (your option).
